Rubi Rivera-Miguel
Meet our Maryland Spanish-speaking legal assistant, Rubi Rivera-Miguel. Ms. Rivera-Miguel is originally from San Diego, California where she left home at 19 years old to serve the United States Air Force for five years. Recently, she graduated from UC Berkeley with a B.A. in Political Science and Legal Studies. But prior to working at our firm, she advocated for the needs of District 9’s constituency at the California State Senate, worked with pro-bono immigration organizations to aid underrepresented minorities and she now possesses extensive law enforcement experience from her military enlistment. Rubi has become a vital asset to our Maryland practice and is committed to help our clients throughout the entirety of their case here at Scrofano Law PC.
Rubi is a multifaceted leader, a quick problem solver and a true professional. As our Senior admin, she prides herself in helping clients navigate court proceedings for criminal cases, especially after witnessing firsthand the injustice and abuse of authority exerted by police in her unit.
